Job Role : –
Guide patients through the wide range of services offered by Vijaya Diagnostic Centre, ensuring their comfort and clarity.-
Confirm patient readiness for diagnostic tests, including verifying fasting and other preparation requirements.-
Manage the Q-Line and Token System for smooth and efficient billing processes.-
Assist customers in selecting suitable test packages and provide clear explanations of precautions and timings.-
Ensure all patients adhere to their scheduled test times for a seamless experience.-
Oversee the prompt transfer of samples to the central laboratory, adhering to logistics protocols.-
Coordinate with the processing center to track dispatched samples and address any delays efficiently.-
Monitor report delivery timelines, resolving issues and updating patients promptly .Facilitate the convenient home delivery of MRI/CT/NM reports to enhance patient satisfaction.-
Collaborate with other Vijaya Diagnostic Centre branches to handle emergencies and patient transfers.-
