Roles and Responsibilities :
Guide customers through the digital account opening process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
Verify customer identity and ensure KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to account creation or verification.
Address customer queries related to the digital onboarding process.
Ensure that all account openings follow company procedures and regulatory requirements.
Assist customers in uploading required documents and ensure all information is accurate.
Monitor and report on digital account opening metrics, suggesting improvements where necessary.
Requirements : ——
Freshers only (Graduates with valid degree/provisional and semester certificates).
Age Limit : Up to 24 years.
Pass out Years: 2020 to 2024.
Both male and female candidates are eligible.
Good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a laptop with a stable internet connection.
Job Details:
Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary : 12,500 in hand
Training: 8 days (salary included)———-
